Note for Windows NT users only If your system already has an NT ASPI Manager installed, go to the installation
instructions for SCSI Tools for Windows NT. Otherwise, the NT ASPI utility must be
installed first before installing this SCSI Tools package. See the instructions below for
installing NT ASPI. Please also refer to the documentation for NT

SDMS SCSI Tools software is a support utility that provides a mechanism for examining host adapters and SCSI devices within the Windows 95/98 and Windows NT environments. Note: This utility requires ASPI support. Although Windows 95/98 provides ASPI support, you will need to install ASPI support for Windows NT. Click here for instructions on how to install ASPI support for Windows NT. The Software Device Drivers and Utilities CD-ROM contains the InstallShield setup program. Install the SCSI Tools software by executing this setup program in one of two ways: If you are not using Internet Explorer:
D:\UTILITY\WINDOWS\SYMTOOLS\I386\SETUP.EXE If you are using Internet Explorer:
The setup program installs the SCSI Tools files into the proper directories as well as making the appropriate registry entries. After installing the software, you must reboot the computer. Note: To install ASPI support under Windows NT, you must have Windows NT Administrator capabilities. The Software Device Drivers and Utilities CD-ROM contains the InstallShield setup program.
