On Feb 12, 2009, the Raid event log recorded a PSU1 failure. Less than a minute later the status was "Back On-Line". Infortrend was contacted. As the LED on the PSU was not red, and the error message did not repeat, no replacement was deemed necessary. There was a ticket opened and closed with infortrend's support website under the e-mail slspci@cis.rit.edu and the password slsinf. There was a power outage on the Feb 11, 2009 lasting over an hour.
