Grounding Scheme:
	VSUB (pins 4 and 15 on the DB25) go to 09-6 and 09-7 respectively.  Then 09-8 and 09-9
go to 19-6 and 19-7, 19-8 and 19-9 then go to 37-22 and 37-23, 37-24 then goes to case.

Naming Scheme:
	09-# means the 9 pin connector on Video board #0, 115-# means the 15 pin connector on
Video board #1, etc.  37-# means the Clock Driver 37 pin connector.
