Using Adobe DNG Converter

There are some specific settings needed in order to use Adobe DNG Converter to create
.dng files that CRDIR will read and clean properly.

For testing purposes, we have been using version 10.3.0.933

To change the appropriate settings, click the 'Change Preferences' button and 
change the setting to be the following:

- Compatibility: Custom
	- Backward Version: DNG 1.4
	- Uncompressed
- JPEG Preview: Full size
- Anything else not mentioned should be their default values.
